CPU Meter provides you with detailed information about the processes and
threads that are running in your system. While the programs main goal is to
deliver cpu load/usage data, it still displays a lot of other information about
processes and threads that proove valuable for everybody wanting to maintain
a stable system. Among this data is a detailed list of all processes that are
running in your system, information whether these processes are hidden from the
user, and information about the file that started the process.

With these features it is like the Windows-NT Task-Monitor, running
under Windows 95/98/ME.

Moreover CPU Meter presents to you priority, memory-usage and cpu-time (load)
for each process and its threads. For each thread the Thread ID is displayed, a
detail that is particularly useful for (system-level) software developers.

CPU Meter attaches itself to the system-tray and also displays the
current overall CPU Load through its icon and tooltip in the system tray.
